From raw log to finished room — every piece of handcrafted wooden furniture from our Jakarta studio passes through the same deliberate sequence of hands.

Select the Wood
We visit the sawmill ourselves, choosing boards for their grain, density, and character. No two pieces are ever the same.

Dry & Season
Timber is kiln-dried then rested for weeks in our open workshop. Rushing this stage is where cheaper furniture fails — we never rush.

Shape by Hand
Joints are cut with chisels and hand planes. No hidden screws — only wood-to-wood connections that strengthen with age.

Oil & Finish
Three coats of natural hardwax oil, each sanded back by hand. The surface you touch is the wood itself — protected, not hidden.

White Oak
Open-grain with a warm amber hue. Exceptionally durable and water-resistant — our most versatile timber for dining tables and shelving.
Black Walnut
Rich chocolate tones with a straight, fine grain. The natural choice for heirloom-quality statement pieces that only improve with age.
Javanese Teak
Naturally oily and weather-resilient. Ideal for indoor-outdoor pieces, with a golden patina that deepens beautifully over time.
Mahogany
Deep red warmth with a tight interlocking grain. A classic choice for bed frames and cabinetry that age with quiet elegance.
